Ordering

1. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer need the product after delivery, you may request a return according to our return policy.

2. I entered the wrong address or email. What should I do?

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We can help update your shipping address or contact information before the order is shipped.

Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?

Order processing usually takes 3 business days. Delivery time typically ranges from 6-7 business days depending on the product size and destination.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@auristal.com.

Product & Installation

1. Do your chandeliers require professional installation?

Some large chandeliers may require professional installation. We recommend consulting a qualified electrician for safe installation.

2. Are your lights compatible with U.S. electrical standards?

Yes. Our lighting fixtures are compatible with 110–120V North American electrical systems.

3. Are the lights dimmable?

Many of our fixtures are dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and bulbs.
